WHAT KIND OF WAX DO YOU USE IN YOUR CANDLES?

All our candles are made from natural soy wax

DO I NEED TO TRIM THE WICKS?

Yes. We advise that you trim you wicks to ensure the remain upright prior to each new burn

HOW LONG WILL A CANDLE BURN?

We aim to ensure all our candles are as long lasting as possible, however burn times do vary based on a variety of factors including; candle maintenance, the length of each continuous burn time, placement and the age of the candle. In ideal conditions Orgaswic candles 380ml candles will burn up to 100hrs, 260ml candles will burn up to 70hrs, 160ml candles up to 40hrs and 150ml up to 30hrs.

WHY IS THERE BLACK RESIDUE ON THE INSIDE OF MY CANDLE?

Black residue can appear on the inside of the vessel if the candle has been burning for a longer period of time and the wicks are too long. Always ensure your candle wicks are trimmed to 5mm before each burn. Black residue can easily be removed from the glass with a damp paper towel or cloth.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?

None of our products are tested on animals! We also ensure that all of our components are responsibly sourced.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

We are a small family business and our products are made in the Hunter region at our family property.

CAN I BUY CANDLE REFILLS?

We do not provide refills however if you choose to send you empty jars back and reorder we will offer a discount on your next order providing jars come back with lids in unbroken condition.

WHAT ARE SOME WAYS I CAN RE-USE MY CANDLE VESSEL?

When your candle can no longer be used, remove the remaining wax and rinse with hot water. Your glass vessel can now be used as a keepsake for multitude of purpose in your home, including: a vase for fresh flowers, stationary holder, bathroom accessories or a home for succulents.
